Mrs. Jana Carol Brackenbury, 36, of 217 W. Kings Cross Road, Blue Springs, died Saturday at the Independence Sanitarium. She was born in Independence and had lived in this area most of her life. She was a member of the Jaycee Wives of Independence and the South Park Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Blue Springs. She leaves her husband, Vernon A. Brackenbury Jr., and two sons, Robert D. Brackenbury and James M. Brackenbury, all of the home; a brother, David O'Dell, Scottsdale, Ariz.; her mother, Mrs. Ruby McNeely, Independence; and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. T.J. Love, Odessa, Mo.
