Fond remembrance of a dear friend -- one of the sweetest and most artistic. Patti was so helpful to me, and patient , on one of my art projects. One felt uplifted in her presence. When I last saw her I was working the front desk at the North Independence Branch of MCPL and she was researching alternative treatments for cancer. It is not surprising that she fought to the very end and inspired many of us.
