Bill was born July 11, 1945 in Independence, MO to William and Pearl (Ganzer) Farrow. He graduated from William Chrisman High School in 1963. Bill served in the United States Air Force as a missile technician and then finished his work years as a sheet metal shop supervisor at the University of Kansas, Lawrence Campus. Afterwards, he was able to pursue his love of carpentry by working from his home workshop with his partner Ed Lammers.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents; step-brother, Gerald and first wife, Judith. He is survived by his second wife, Beverly Farrow; daughter, Shannon (Charlie) Dyche; step-son, Eric (Michelle) Maginness and brother, James (Becky) Farrow. Bill is also survived by his beloved grandchildren: Sean Farrow, Cidney and Andrew Hancock, Jason Dyche, Joshua, Caleb, David, Mikayla and Matthew Maginness. He also leaves behind many more loving family members, nieces, nephews and friends whose memories of Bill will forever be cherished.
